There are also several electricity bills where there are several slab rates and total units are not mentioned on the bill. This is often, the case for residential customers. Here you can add all the units corresponding to various slabs and this calculated value will be your consumption over a month.

Calculate as per Electricity charges

In case you can't find the number of units mentioned in the bill as per above method, you can try this method out.

Here, divide the total electricity bill charges with the cost of per unit of electricity. The result will be the total units you consumed over a month.

In case of slab rates, take the per unit cost as average of all the slab rates.
